I would like to share the Discovering Courage Podcast with Patricia Brookes! She featured me last year. We spoke about dance and healing through mindful movement.
In this episode, we speak about the loss of my mother when I was six. I learned to cope by moving my body. Now I help others heal through mindful movement. We talk about how moving your body positively impacts your nervous system and creates a release that can help to balance mental and emotional states. Most importantly, I also share five simple ways to tap into your body and gain the benefits of mindful movement.
Generally, I love to take part in podcasts because I learn so much from each host. Moreover, in this process, I had to overcome my own inner critic, old patterns of perfectionism, and accept that good enough is good enough!
Anyways, after many trials, I think that this was one of the best interviews I released. I am delighted to share it with you.
