reclaiming imagination&creativity through Movement Medicine

Reclaiming imagination&creativity through Movement Medicine is a theme that I explored in the last 11 years.

It has been very dear to my heart, especially in the journey of recovering from cancer.

Those of you who already know me may remember that I have been on a long journey with the School of Movement Medicine. I have been an apprentice to Ya’Acov and Susannah Darling Khan since 2009. I trained professionally as a sound&holstic voice therapist, coach. In this interview that you can find here below, I share some thoughts on reclaiming imagination&creativity through Movement Medicine.

Nowadays my field of interest and expertise are ’embodiment,’ somatic coaching and holistic arts. Therefore, I truly hope to offer you some valuable content,t, and inspiration in my blog posts.

Meanwhile, I am learning to navigate the technical aspects of my website and I am editing this page. It is day 62 of coronavirus lockdown in Spain. From Monday Andalusia will enter Phase 1. Finally, people will be able to gather with friends.

On a cloudy day, it can be a good idea to listen to a podcast. I have a few now on the website and I hope you enjoy them.

The Mindful Soul Center featured me last year in their podcast. Amy Adams is the visionary editor of the Mindful Soul Center Magazine, visual artist, and author. She wrote the book Gratitude Shmatitude.

So here we go! I am sharing below this interview about reclaiming imagination&creativity through Movement Medicine.
