Elemental Soul Medicine presents: The Radical Wise Wild Woman, A Somatic, Movement, Voice And Ritual Based Journey For Midlife Women.
Planting And Tending The Seeds For Personal And Collective Healing, Balance, Belonging And Kinship With All Life.
A Seven Week Online Journey.

You know that midlife is an initiatory threshold.
And here is this world at a threshold even greater. This is a collective time of global distress. Deep in your bones, you know that now is the time – to offer your gifts, guidance, magic and visions both to the world and future generations. It’s time to step into your role as life protector and wisdom keeper. All the while honouring beauty, interbeing and reciprocity.
We will gather with the intention to plant and tend the seeds for personal and collective healing, balance, belonging and kinship with all life. This is an intimate 7-week online journey, open to a small and intimate group of women so that we can have a safe and confidential container together. This is by application only. It will start in early 2023. The program also includes one on one sessions with me.
Previous experience in dancing or singing is not necessary, only the willingness to be open, curious and join a supportive environment. The programme is open to women, those who identify as women and to all body shapes and abilities.

- Are drawn to a personal, systemic, planetary healing work that is an intersection of somatics (holistic, body-oriented approach) of creativity (Movement Medicine, dance, songs, voice-work) relationships (e.g. restoring kinship and intimacy with yourself, others, community and invisible realms and all life on earth), a grounded and earth based spirituality (e.g. reverence for the Earth, animism, magic, archetypes, connection with the elements).
- Are longing to feel more at home in your body and want to reconnect to the body of the Earth.
Essential features of the program:
- Seven weekly, 2-hour live online group sessions (including Q&A, listening and sharing circle, plus integration time).
- Personalized 1-to-1 sessions.
- Practices to do at home and playwork after sessions: exercises and rituals (including vocal, breathing, centering, somatics, embodiment, movement, nervous system healing and repair practices, visualisation, connection with archetypes, and inner child reconnection).
- Email after each session that includes links to any additional recommended resources (books, podcasts, articles, quotes, videos, music, etc).
- Peer group/accountability/action plan.
- One week support via email after the last session.
The investment:
The biggest investment you will make to this program is your precious time and energy. This group is for midlife women who are committed to grow, own their medicine and offer their gifts to their community and it will require you to show up and do the work.
The cost for participation is 400 euros, and it includes two 60 min individual sessions with me. You can pay upfront or in two instalments.
